Reusable Epi-K Rings
Epi-K (Moria, Antony, France) epikeratome reusable metallic rings are now available in sizes 0, +1, and +2. According to the company, refractive surgeons can create small epithelial resections that are fast-healing and also sufficient for 6-mm optical zone treatments for myopic eyes. The small epithelial resections also allow early removal of the bandage contact lens and a positive surgical experience for the patient. Moria’s -1 and -1 large-diameter metallic rings sizes are still available.
